How far in advance can I book a room?

You can book up to 60 days in advance. For events and workshops, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead to secure preferred times.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund if canceled 24 hours before the booking time. Within 24 hours, you can reschedule once at no extra cost.

How do I access the building?

You’ll receive a QR code and arrival instructions right after confirmation. Staff are on site during business hours to help.

Are amenities included in the hourly rate?

Yes. Wi‑Fi, coffee/tea, whiteboards, and monitors (where available) are included. Specialty gear for studios can be added at checkout.

Can I bring outside food?

Light snacks are welcome. For events, we can recommend caterers and provide cleaning support for a small fee.

Do you offer team plans or credits?

Yes. Teams can pre-purchase hourly credits with simple monthly reporting. Contact us for details.

Is the space accessible?

All locations are wheelchair-accessible with elevators where needed. Let us know any specific requirements.

Do you have printing and mail services?

Printing is available in moderation; mail handling is included with private office plans and available on request for others.
