1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BaseNook Collective’s websites and space rental services. By booking or using our spaces, you agree to these Terms.
2. Bookings and access
- Bookings are confirmed upon payment authorization and email confirmation.
- Access instructions are provided before your start time. You are responsible for your guests.
- Use only the rooms and time period you have booked.
3. Acceptable use
- Respect other members: keep noise reasonable; use phone booths for extended calls.
- No hazardous materials or unlawful activity.
- Pets are permitted only where posted and must be supervised.
4. Payments and billing
- Rates are listed per hour and include standard amenities unless stated otherwise.
- Taxes and fees may apply. Invoices are available upon request.
- Late check-outs may incur additional hourly charges.
5. Changes and cancellations
You may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the booking. Within 24 hours, you may reschedule once without penalty, subject to availability.
6. Property and damages
Please leave rooms as you found them. You may be charged for significant damage or excessive cleaning.
7. Disclaimers
We provide spaces “as is” and make reasonable efforts to maintain them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to events beyond our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaseNook Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid for the affected booking.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or unsafe behavior.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in San Francisco County courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service changes. The latest version will always be on this page.
